The TrustBenefits Online team includes technology experts and benefit administration specialists with more than 50 years experience in the employee benefits industry.
Who does your website development?
TrustBenefits manages all website development, from designing the site to coding the data calculations.
Where are client sites hosted?
TrustBenefits offers both shared and dedicated server options hosted in a state-of-the art server environment built with the best of breed equipment and protocols. After all, the last thing you need is to worry about server connectivity, integrity, security, and maintenance.
Shared servers are the industry standard we offer for clients with classic traffic and bandwidth needs.
Dedicated servers are a premium solution for high-growth websites whose customized needs require high-traffic performance and bandwidth capabilities.
How do you manage content & data information on the solutions you provide?
Your website will include the latest information you provide to us. Data is updated through our highly secure transfer system. You can send us content updates as your plan is amended or post the latest news for participants to view.
Is data transfer and benefit data on the site secure?
Yes. Participants must log in to access their personal benefit data. All benefit data and data transfer is protected by a multi-tiered, fault-tolerant security architecture with advanced firewall protection.
Who should participants contact with questions or comments about information on the site?
If the participant has a question regarding their benefits, they should contact their fund office. For any website-related questions, they should contact TrustBenefits Online customer service.
Can participants enroll electronically, submit changes, or change retirement options online?
Not at this time. Under current federal law, a participant's signature is required for all official plan applications and forms. There is no technology to verify an electronic signature, therefore all applications and forms must still be printed out, completed, signed, and mailed to the fund office.
